Since 2001, when I graduated in Advertising and Marketing and got my first job in an agency in Brazil, I've been developing brand strategies and creating visuals including graphics for print, websites, and user interfaces. Visual design became my passion and focus at the point I've noticed that when I am creating an artwork I don't feel the clock ticking.

In my opinion, a creative piece is built with 3 pillars: relevancy, beauty, and functionality. In other words, the success in design is only reached through a combination between technique and user-centered perspective. So, that is what guides my work from now.

2017 was a turning point in my life and career. I decided to move to Vancouver looking for new opportunities, experiences, and growth. I knew that adding more digital skills on top of my design background would open new possibilities for me. So, studying New Media Design & Web Development at BCIT was a key element to improve my abilities and prepare myself for the future.
